scientific research, not for the meat, but for the “amber”,
a unique substance used in cosmetics and regeneration

eggs. The young fish swim back to the Netherlands. But because
of this dike, eels cannot get in or out. Fishermen are
desperately seeking for solutions. One suggestion was to
import young eel from Madagascar. But they cannot get out
